You don’t have to worry about any building regulations. Our specialists and technicians know exactly what needs to be considered in each situation and will find the right solution for your requirements.
- How difficult is it to operate a lift system?
The tactile protruding surfaces with Braille lettering, which react sensitively to touch and thus enable quick orientation and intuitive operation, guarantee almost effortless and simple operation. This means that hardly any effort or technical knowledge is required to operate them.
- I would like to ride seated without a wheelchair, is that possible?
Yes, as an option we offer a chair stairlift or a platform stairlift with a folding seat.
- Does an outdoor system work in wind, rain, snow and ice?
For outdoor installations, all external parts are made of rustproof stainless steel and the electrical components are installed in a watertight compartment to ensure trouble-free operation in all weathers. For lifts that are used very infrequently, we offer a cover made of UV-stable plastic.
- Are the lift systems only available in the standard colors?
Flexibility is important to us in all areas. That is why, in addition to the standard grey colour, it is also possible to purchase the lifts in stainless steel (K400 or K800) or have them coated in RAL colours. This means that every lift system integrates perfectly into its surroundings and impresses with its unobtrusive, simple design.
- Can I resell a lift when it is no longer needed?
Some of our models can be installed as optional left or right-hand systems in a range of 0°-50° and can therefore be retrofitted. This individuality creates scope for re-installation on other staircases and thus ensures that the lift retains its value.
- How high are the operating costs?
The main focus in the development of the electronic components was on economy and the lowest possible standby consumption. This means that operating costs can be kept low for the customer, depending on the model in question.
- How dangerous is it to use a lift?
The safety of our customers is our top priority. That’s why we consider it a matter of course that special safety devices such as fall protection, roll-off protection, contact floor and side shut-off comply with current safety standards.
- What happens in the event of a power failure?
Problem-free operation is guaranteed with battery-powered systems. For systems with power supply via ribbon cable, there is a battery-operated emergency lowering device for the lift.
- What is TÜV type examination?
Products with a TÜV type examination have been tested by a body certified in the EU and therefore comply with the currently applicable standards and regulations.
