Platform lifts

Thanks to a specially developed modular system, our easy-to-operate platform elevators and elevators are a low-cost alternative to conventional elevators. Depending on needs and requirements, they can be installed in an existing shaft or as a self-supporting model for delivery heights of up to 12 meters.

In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, all details are clarified professionally and without obligation by our trained sales team. The lift production process is not started until the order is 100% clear.

Customized construction

Your new lift system is planned in sufficient detail and individually and then simulated. Thanks to our own development department, our systems are always at the cutting edge of technology and are constantly being developed further. The system only goes into mechanical production once the design has been approved.

Customized metal technology

Our experienced metal technicians manufacture customised products with the highest precision and in accordance with modern guidelines. After sufficient testing, they are given a corrosion- and weather-resistant coating.

Sensitive mechatronics

We use high-quality, energy-saving electronic components to ensure that our systems are reliable and durable. Depending on the requirements, these are optimally adapted to the system. After completion, the system is extensively tested for quality and function.

Precisely fitting assembly

A lift system only works as well as it is integrated into the environment by the fitters. This is why we rely on the expertise and many years of experience of our installation and service team. After successful installation, our customers are familiarized with the lift technology during a training session.

“Innovative Lift Systems and Outstanding Service.”

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the entire Ganser team, and especially Mr. Andreas Falkner. Thanks to your innovative and customized product line, we have been given the opportunity to continue living in our row house.

After my serious skiing accident in March 2023, which resulted in a medical diagnosis of paraplegia due to a broken cervical spine, I am now dependent on a wheelchair.

Thanks to Mr. Falkner’s expertise and his solution-oriented planning of both platform lifts for our staircases, I am now able to move from the basement to the ground floor and from the ground floor to the upper floor. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏

I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Dietmar Perr for his meticulous and excellent work. Last month, after several error messages caused by a software issue, Mr. Perr —coordinating with the IT team and using his absolutely admirable mechanical skills—managed to restore both lifts to perfect working, allowing me to enjoy using them once again. 😊

Furthermore, it was he who came to our aid shortly before New Year’s Eve 2023 when a defective slip clutch caused the upper lift to stop mid-ride.

That same day, Mr. Perr arrived and, as a temporary solution, removed the slip clutch from the lower lift (which was not essential for my mobility) to get the lift working again, allowing me to continue moving between the ground and upper floors in my wheelchair. Two days later, he returned to fully restore the lift. 🙏

For all these reasons, we are happy to entrust Mr. Perr with the annual maintenance of the lifts in the future. Not only because of his professionalism but also because we have grown fond of him for his kindness and empathy.
