Ganser attaches particular importance to a solid apprenticeship for the youngest employees in the company. It is therefore a matter of course for us as an employer to give young people the perfect start to their careers. Both the comprehensive integration of apprentices into the production process and the in-depth teaching of technical content are of great importance. Highly trained apprentice trainers are therefore on hand to provide our apprentices with advice and support on a daily basis in order to promote learning and performance progress in the best possible way. Apprenticeships are particularly valued in our company, which is why we are always on the lookout for motivated career starters who want to become part of a committed team and take up a job with opportunities for advancement.
