Ganser Liftsysteme attaches particular importance to providing solid training for the youngest members of the company. It is therefore a matter of course for us as an employer to give young people the perfect start to their careers. Both the comprehensive involvement of apprentices in the production process and the in-depth teaching of technical content are of great importance. Highly trained apprentice trainers are therefore on hand every day to provide our apprentices with advice and support in order to promote learning and performance progress in the best possible way. Apprenticeships are particularly valued in our company, which is why we are always on the lookout for motivated young professionals who want to become part of a committed team and take up a job with opportunities for advancement.
