To strengthen our management team, we are seeking a committed and strategically minded leader for the Finance & Controlling function.

TASKS

  • Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, and accounting
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial Statements
  • Establishment, further development, and management of a meaningful controlling and reporting system
  • Liquidity, budget, and investment planning in coordination with executive management
  • Primary point of contact for banks, tax advisors, and auditors
  • Further development, standardization, and digitalization of internal finance and controlling processes
  • Active involvement in the optimization and implementation of IT systems (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools, reporting solutions)
  • Leadership and development of the finance team

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed, solid commercial education (e.g., HAK) or a degree in business administration
  • Professional experience in a managerial role in finance/controlling, ideally within medium-sized metal-processing companies
  • Strong numerical skills, pronounced cost and profit awareness, and a keen sense for plausibility
  • High IT affinity and experience in developing digital finance and controlling processes
  • Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and modern reporting solutions
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
